Job Description: Overview We are looking for enthusiastic FY 2024-25 B. Tech / B.E. graduates (except IT, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Chemical, Biomedical) to join our Infrastructure Services team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networks. Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues. Assist in system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. Required Skills Fundamental knowledge of IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, operating systems). Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (except IT, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Chemical, Biomedical).
