Job Description Follow workflow procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency when working with internal and external customers Communicate and work with customers for each project requirement and operation in effective manner Support team members in replying, handling the customer requirement, including meetings etc. Contribute ideas to improve the consulting process and internal operations to be better for serving the customers Work closely with customer and relevant parties to finish the project successfully Others assigned by superior Qualifications 1. Job Requirement: - Bachelor degree - Experience in technical consulting, planning and service development - Hold background in technology is a plus - 05 years in the same position or in the same industry (certification, training or used to work at factories) is a plus - Have experience of training is a plus, or at least have skill-oriented - Have knowledge of ISO standards 2. General Requirements: - Full awareness of integrity - Compliance with code of ethics - High reliability and quality focused - Good command of English skills - Good presentation/ communication / negotiation skills and customer focused - Outgoing personality, good moral, self-motivated and results driven - Professional attitude, independent working ability and dedicated to teamwork - Willing to travel
