Leading the design and implementation of highly intricate integrations with third-party solutions, showcasing the organization's ability to seamlessly connect diverse technologies. Tackling intricate technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem-solving skills, demonstrating an ability to handle complex scenarios. Leading or contributing to high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience. Identifying potential risks associated with complex solutions and develops strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes. Organizing innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions. University Degree in Business, Marketing or Technical field is not necessary but a strong advantage Ideally 7-10 years of work experience preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management in the computer hardware field. Ability to create clear functional and technical responses for RFx. Proven experience of creating and delivering effective presentations to technical and non - technical audience Customer focus Result-orientation Ability to work effectively in a team in global environment Good knowledge of Polish and English, spoken and written Willingness to travel around Poland 50% of time
