• Identifies and documents business needs based on requirements analysis.
• Assesses implementation feasibility in IT systems and builds comprehensive solution designs, uses several documentation techniques and tools, in order that the stakeholders understand and accept the solution;
• Defines, designs, and adapts technical solutions, considering costs and timelines, to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
