About the Opportunity Job Type: Permanent Application Deadline: 31 July 2026 Job Description Title Technical Consultant – Core Network Department Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) Enterprise Network Services (ENS) Location India Reports To Core Network Service Manager Level Senior Technical Manager About your team ENS operate in EMEA, India, APAC, and NA. The team deliver and support network, voice, security, and application service infrastructure for in house data centres, extranet (B2B), market data, as well provide services for integration into cloud providers including MSFT O365, Azure, AWS, Oracle, Zscaler, and a number of smaller SaaS and PaaS provisions. About your role The role is part of the ENS Technical Delivery function responsible for engineering support, implementation, and operational stability of the global network infrastructure. You will work as a technical delivery engineer supporting: Infrastructure projects driven by business initiatives ENS roadmap projects, including upgrades, new deployments, and platform enhancements Operational maintenance of network environments across EMEA, India, APAC & NA. This role provides strong exposure to enterprise‑scale networking, opportunities to work with modern technologies, and collaboration with global cross‑functional teams. About you You are passionate about network technology, problem‑solving, and delivering high‑quality engineering outcomes in a global environment. You can work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse regional teams. Essential Skills (7–12 Years Experience) Core Networking Strong knowledge of network routing protocols – OSPF, BGP, and IP routing Good understanding of Layer 2 technologies – VLANs, STP, Port‑Channel, Fabric Hands‑on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and Nexus platforms Practical experience with Cisco ACI (fabric concepts, tenants, bridge-domains, EPGs, policies) SD-WAN Knowledge of Aruba (SilverPeak) SD‑WAN, or equivalent SD‑WAN technologies (architecture, overlays, tunnels, policies, monitoring) Others Ability to collaborate with cross‑regional engineering and operations teams Strong documentation, communication, and procedural discipline Experience participating in change management, incident handling, and problem resolution Ability to support both project work and BAU operations in a hybrid model Good To Have Skills Firewalls & Security Exposure to firewalls such as: Palo Alto Check Point Juniper SRX Cisco ASA Cloud Security / Proxy Basic understanding of Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, web proxies, tunneling, traffic steering Protocols & Tooling Knowledge of IPSec, GRE tunnels AAA services: RADIUS, TACACS+ Logging systems: SYSLOG ingestion, forwarding, analysis Feel rewarded For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
