REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Health care or suitable technical degree or equivalent
• Convincing clinical, operational or interventional/Cath lab experience
• Interest and proven ability to learn CIED- technology to be able to support customers
• Driver’s license and ability to travel domestically over 70% by car, plane or other forms of transportation and spend 2-3 nights per week away from home
• Lift/carry implant cases and work in Cath Labs and carry lead protection daily
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English as well as thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and cardiac procedures in Finnish and in English
  Expertise with Microsoft programs and the ability to adapt quickly to other systems is needed. Excellent customer service skills and true “how can I help you”- mindset is a clear advantage, as well as ability and willingness to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels.

• Provide clinical and technical support as well as education to Medtronic customers around CIED technology in dedicated territory
• Support device implants and deliver clinical sales messaging with the team in whole Finland
• Support country sales strategy by working with sales manager to achieve business plans
• Support all activities needed around CIED usage in Finland including but not limited to; training, PO collection, inventory management
