About the Role: eSkillz is looking to fill a Technical Consultant role. We are looking for someone who can enhance our Technical Innovation Department as a data wizard, helping customers transition seamlessly between and within their Learning Management Systems. In this role, you will… What you'll do: Assess level of effort for extract, transform, load (ETL) data projects Communicate on risks and needs as they pertain to ETL project flow Determine the best available tool(s) based on the individual customer situation and perform data transfers with efficiency and accuracy Work within the team to effectively distribute work and serve as quality assurance testers for one another Write and perform test cases on ETL projects and be available to guide customers through UAT on their data related projects Document all steps in the customer’s ETL process Identify and communicate areas of opportunity across the team for efficiency in data projects, whether that be through work process or new tools Be available for customer questions and comfortable breaking down complex technical operations into business terms What you'll need: Positive attitude and willingness to be a part of an evolving and growing team! At least 2 years of experience with large volume data work SQL and Python experience Strong communicator Detail oriented Must be in the United States Bonus points if you have: Have experience working with Learning Management Systems, particularly Cornerstone or Docebo
