ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Consultant, Human Resources to join the HR Service Center team.
We are a dynamic team of professionals with solid HR expertise, dedicated and trained to answer questions from our employees and managers. We are currently seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative and high-quality solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Analyze and respond to employees’ inquiries via phone or email based on HR best practices and using our documented knowledge base
  • Log all calls in order to document the steps leading to the resolution
  • Collaborate with different teams in order to find solutions to different requests
  • Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects
  • Participate in maintaining the knowledge base up to date to ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommends updates and improvements
  • Participate in different projects
