Monitor expenditures to stay within budget limits, including team budgets for travel, software, equipment, and training. Provide accurate financial forecasts to leadership. Drive individual development plans and career pathing for presales talent. Compliance & Reporting Ensure the presales team adheres to legal, ethical, and compliance standards. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise software. Hands-on experience with technologies like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and virtualization tools. Sales Acumen Strong consultative selling skills. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits. Leadership & Communication Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Market Awareness Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
