Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and strategic meetings. Budget Management Assign team members efficiently across opportunities and regions. Monitor expenditures to stay within budget limits, including team budgets for travel, software, equipment, and training. Provide accurate financial forecasts to leadership. Performance & Development Improve team performance through targeted coaching, mentoring, and upskilling. Build a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Drive individual development plans and career pathing for presales talent. Compliance & Reporting Ensure the presales team adheres to legal, ethical, and compliance standards. Provide insight to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to influence strategy, resource planning, and customer engagement models. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise software. Hands-on experience with technologies like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and virtualization tools. Sales Acumen Strong consultative selling skills. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits. Leadership & Communication Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Market Awareness Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise software.
