We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Consultant with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail. This is a hands-on, in-house role focused on ERP/POS system improvements, custom reporting, process optimization, and internal support. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the system’s technical health, reporting, process flow optimization, and issue resolution without the need for third-party intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferably post-NAV versions).
Solid experience with LS Retail POS system including configuration and issue resolution.
Experience in AL programming (extensions, customizations, debugging).
Strong knowledge of Power BI, Jet Reports, and Excel Pivot/Power Query.
Deep understanding of retail and supermarket operations (inventory, POS, GRNs, pricing, loyalty).
Ability to manage system support independently and guide business process improvement.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
UAE experience in supermarket or retail chain setup.
Familiarity with multi-location store and warehouse management in BC/LS.
Exposure to role-based security, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per mont
