WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU NEED:
- Experience in implementing technical solutions over the past 2 years. During this time it would be expected approximately 5-6 implementation projects would have been completed.
- Knowledge and experience with Relational Database Management Systems such as SQL Server or Oracle. Knowledge of SQL.
- Exposure to general use and administration of Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10). Exposure to Unix (Solaris) is also beneficial.
- Programming experience.
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON)
- Good to have: Exposure to browsers / Java app server deployments, Active Directory (LDAP), Modern Authentication (e.g. OAuth2, SAML) and Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the design, configuration and implementation of our products. This is a full-time role reporting to the Regional Services Director based in Canberra. You will work closely with the Senior Technical Consultants, Business Consultant and Project Managers providing and assisting them with technical installations and associated tasks. The position covers product installation, upgrades, configuration, integrations, customisations, data migrations and troubleshooting.
