We are a leading independent distributor of chemicals based in the UK and we are distributors for some of the world’s major chemical companies stocking over 2500 products in various packaging sizes and in many cases, we are able to offer product in intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s) and bulk road tanker quantities
We are currently looking for a Technical assistant to join our Technical department located at our Manchester depot. You will be professional and safety conscious in your outlook, with a helpful and productive attitude.
The successful candidate would be the direct point of contact for our customers ensuring all requirements and orders are fulfilled in accordance with our Quality system.

· Provide administrative and technical support within the technical department and to the wider teams, customers and suppliers
· Supporting the efficient day to day operations within the technical department
· Collate, analyse and report key data
· Interacting with internal teams, customers and suppliers
· Take a proactive approach to improving your knowledge of our products to manage more complex queries
· Completing necessary questionnaires as required from customers
· Liaising with Divisions to ensure product literature is handled efficiently
· Ensuring knowledge and understanding of requirements and current law is up to date by attending regular training courses and events
