REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical engineering and plant construction
• German (C2 level), English (C1+ level).
• Must-Have: Analytical thinking, understanding of complex IT and system architectures, strong presentation skills, process-oriented thinking, workshop facilitation, and project management experience.
• Technologies: Proficiency in XML, basic scripting and programming skills (nice-to-have), familiarity with W3C standards.
• At least 3 years of experience in knowledge and information management, ideally with consulting experience in technical communication.

• Client Engagement: Maintain continuous collaboration with clients in close coordination with project management and implementation teams.
• Process Optimization: Identify optimization opportunities and develop solution scenarios together with clients.
• IT System Landscape: Select, implement, and further develop clients’ IT systems in the field of technical information.
• Model Development: Design process, metadata, and information models for systems such as Component Content Management Systems, Content Delivery Portals, and knowledge graph-based applications.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead and moderate client workshops to analyze needs and define solutions.
• Agile Project Management: Use agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
