We actively seek feedback and we challenge each other to continuously improve our processes and ourselves We will contribute to the pursuit of a new communications category creation, by amplifying the value customers have realized We will keep achieving outstanding results in GRR, CSAT and market-leading NRR globally, all while streamlining our operations for greater efficiency What you’ll be doing Engage with customers to assess and design technical rollout and launch plans for Staffbase You are a key member of the Consulting team with a technical background and competencies in development, integration, solution architecture, and security Lead technical discovery workshops to evaluate security, structural, and business requirements Develop scalable and flexible solutions based on customer needs Advise on system integrations with platforms like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP Guide customers on best practices for leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs Collaborate with Technical Specialists to customize applications to match corporate branding Oversee and execute technical projects from planning to implementation Act as a liaison between customers and internal Product teams to advocate for customer needs What you need to be successful You love strategically working with clients and driving technical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences You have excellent presentation skills for presenting both business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts Good knowledge of web development, preferably knowledge of HTML/CSS and at least one programming language like JavaScript, Java, PHP, or NodeJS Comfort using the command line or application logs to narrow down issues with technical integrations Proficiency in troubleshooting integrations using command line or application logs You have experience leading and crafting technical projects, engaging with, and motivating change across multiple levels of IT executives and organizations Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across multiple teams 3 years working experience in consulting, professional services, or sales engineering Strong time management skills to handle technical projects with fixed deadlines What you'll get Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of £1356 Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of £900, and one day off for growth per year (increase to two days in 2nd year) Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August to enjoy a summer break (Recharge Fridays) Wellbeing - Monthly Wellbeing Allowance £30, from fitness to mental health, hobbies to relaxation Support - we’re offering a Company Pension and Private Medical Insurance incl.
