REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong background in Salesforce data modelling and integration (MuleSoft experience highly preferred).
• Experience managing complex system dependencies and overlapping release timelines.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of system changes.
• Prior experience in environments involving licensing, persona-based access, or person accounts is an advantage.

• Oversee and support changes involving junction objects and persona-based permission sets as part of system dependencies.
• Coordinate timelines to align the Licensing go-live with data model and MuleSoft changes, managing the additional complexity introduced by these dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate significant data model risks in the Cyber & AI environment, ensuring adequate stakeholder engagement and input.
• Assess and guide the potential implementation of Person Accounts within the Determinations module.
• Plan and execute sandbox refreshes in alignment with project milestones.
• Monitor and manage the risks of overlapping timelines, ensuring effective communication and prioritisation across teams.
