Responsibilities Unison, a leading provider of COTS-based procurement and grants management solutions for the federal marketplace, is seeking technical consultants to support the design, development, implementation, and operation of its solutions. Our Technical Consultants work on a broad range of assignments including the following: Design, applying development process understanding, and testing of software enhancements and adaptations to Unison’s COTS solutions Implementation of real-time integrations with other applications including Federal ERP software solutions and other administrative and programmatic systems Support the technical configuration, management, and operation of Unison’s software solutions at client sites, including software installation, testing, configuration management, conversions, data base administration and related activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience in two or more of the following: the design, applying development process understanding, implementation and operation of web-based applications Experience in a Database Management System (DBMS) Experience with SQL Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is a plus: XML/web services, ASP, .NET, SOAP, APIs and related technologies Strong problem-solving, analysis, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to pick up new information and skills quickly Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Eligibility to obtain a government security clearance Desired Skills: Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools (Talend, Python) Experience in federal administration applications such as procurement, grants, financial management, asset management Experience in Oracle DBMS Knowledge of federal ERP software architectures such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and others Experience working as a contractor for Federal clients a plus Bachelor’s degree in related technical discipline Clearance: Applicants may need to be the subject of a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, to include U.S. Citizenship.
