Sounds interesting! But what exactly will I be doing?
You will be part of our consultancy team and work closely on a daily basis with our integration specialist, consultants, development, and tech support. Your focus will be on solving technical issues and helping to safeguard this expertise within our team. Your work week is dynamic and varied: one day you work at one of our office locations or from home, the next day you travel to schools throughout the country for advice, technical design, and implementation. Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Technical analysis & integrations: you analyze the data flows and IT environments at our clients (educational institutions). You contribute to the development of the appropriate information architecture and interfaces (including via applications such as SQL and our integration platform Xedule Connect) to ensure systems connect well with each other;
- Advice & Client Contact: You advise educational institutions on configuration issues. You are the substantive discussion partner who can clearly explain technical choices and data structures to the client's project leaders and IT managers;
- Implementation & Internal Coordination: You guide the actual setup of interfaces and applications. Additionally, you provide training where necessary and coordinate functional and technical details with our developers and support colleagues.
