It might be not-to-miss opportunity for you, as we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team for the South-Middle-East Europe region. What you´ll do: You will be a part of a self-organized cross-functional team. Your squad will consist of solution consultant, sales representatives, and another senior technical consultant. Together you will deliver end-to-end care to Y Soft partners and customers. Specifically, your tasks will be to: Troubleshoot complex and challenging issues that might occur once our product SAFEQ is up and running Be responsible for the delivery phase of new deployments Act as a primary technical contact for partners and customers Provide pre-sales and post-sales support Provide complex technical Level 3 support for the Y Soft Cloud and on-premises products using various IT technologies (SQL, Wireshark, infosec practices, PowerShell) Act as a trainer for both partners and customers (online and on-site) Influence the direction of product development Occasionally travelling and meeting partners in different countries About you: We are seeking someone who is an excellent communicator and wants to be close to our business partners and customers. Someone whose dopamine level pops once the technical riddle is solved. Someone who values the responsibility of making autonomous decisions rather than being subject to direct orders from managers.
