As a Technical Content Specialist, you will support the Product and Engineering organization and executives by producing clear, high-impact content that communicates product innovations, business strategy, and customer success. In this role, you will develop presentation materials for executives, produce customer testimonial videos, and create visual and written assets that demonstrate product value and outcomes. You will work across teams to translate technical information into effective communications that engage technical practitioners, executives, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Produce customer testimonial videos, product highlight reels, and related multimedia assets.
  • Design presentation slides for executive talks, customer briefings, and industry events.
  • Write case studies, blog posts that demonstrate product impact and customer success.Translate technical product information into clear, concise narratives for external and internal use.
  • Prepare press materials and coordinate with external agencies to support PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
