WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Create user guides, release notes, quick references, and other assigned content.
  • Analyze and translate technical designs into user-friendly client material.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of products and documentation needs.
  • Use test environments to research Fiserv products and services and obtain screen samples for documentation.
  • Ensure technical accuracy, readability, and consistency across the documentation set through reviews.
  • Estimate, track, and prioritize projects assigned; meet deadlines established by the team.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
