Role Description: You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of operations within an intricate submarine build environment, providing high quality administrative and coordination support to keep teams aligned and informed. You will coordinate diaries, communications and documentation, using tools such as Microsoft Office and internal systems to organise data, prepare reports and support meetings and strategy making. You’ll contribute to safety and operational activities by maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and ensuring compliance with processes and standards. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help coordinate site activities, resolve queries and maintain effective information flow, offering excellent exposure, development opportunities and the chance to grow within a dynamic and collaborative team. Core duties: You will organise diaries, inboxes and communications, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and site activities You’ll organise meetings, prepare briefing packs and capture actions from DSUMs, PLON and handovers You support safety reporting by updating risk, COSHH and performance data to maintain compliance and awareness Your role includes processing documents, reviewing data and producing reports, schedules and summaries for stakeholders You’ll liaise with internal and external contacts, resolving queries while maintaining accurate records and documentation Essential Skills: You demonstrate considerable administrative experience, overseeing diaries, documentation and supporting day-to-day business operations You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, confidently handling data, reports and digital systems You’ll handle and maintain accurate records, documentation and information with good attention to detail Your experience includes communicating effectively with stakeholders, supporting coordination across teams and resolving queries The Nigh Shift Co-Ordinator Team: Working at the heart of submarine build operations, you’ll support an intricate environment coordinating activities, safety and communications across the site. You’ll gain valuable exposure, develop key skills and play an important role in keeping multi-faceted operations running smoothly.
