  • Previous office experience
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teams and internal/external stakeholders

  • Level 3 Business Administration Qualification
Responsibilities
  • Support in daily office duties and document control
  • Distributing documents to appropriate teams and team leaders
  • Helping to organise travel and confirming bookings and arrangements
  • Supporting meetings by organising conference rooms and minute taking
  • General administerial duties to include Mailbox management, meeting scheduling, and diary management
