Job Title: Technical Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responding to technical inquiries and issues related to marine steering systems and control equipment (via phone and email).
• Reviewing and managing service reports.
• Providing technical support through coordination with manufacturers and local engineers.
• Assisting in parts selection and quotation preparation.
• Assisting in the creation of documents and manuals when needed.
• Coordinating schedules for both engineers and vessels.
• Understanding and acquiring product knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge in the electrical field (through work or academic background)
• Ability to handle technical inquiries
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical/electrical drawings (required)
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Educational Background: Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferably in electrical engineering)
• Detail-oriented and careful with confirmations
• Willing to learn and build a long-term career
• Capable of reading electrical schematics and proactively identifying technical issues
