For more information: https://www.segulatechnologies.com Job Description We are looking for one Technical Coordinator to join our team and support an important Client. The Technical Coordinator is the technical contact in his/her country for the regional Aftersales Department (SSDS) in respect of incidentology, and reports to the Services and Parts Manager or the Technical Manager in the subsidiary/importer’s Services and Parts entity. Deliverables Monitor and coordinate quantity, quality and responsiveness of information feedback from the network to the subsidiary or importer: DID. Coordinate Swift Dealers with regard to DID feedback, enabling a better understanding of incidents with an impact currently being analyzed. Filter, analyze and ensure the quality of DID. Filter, analyze and ensure the quality and translation of safety (DID-S) from his/her country’s network before validation and transmission to quality Control Tower department. Draft Country Incident Report (CIR) sheets relating to new incidents judged to have an impact and identified in his/her country’s network primarily through DID sheets. Take into account the warranty cost analysis for his/her country to identify variations indicating new faults and also prioritize the CIR produced as accurately as possible. Check that all incidents with an impact in his/her country are properly covered by a CIR sheet. Ensure that the TSB are understandable in the language of the country. Ensure that his/her country’s unique list is covered in a CIR. Ensure use of the technical information provided by the manufacturer: TSB. Transmit information issued by Regional technical services department (CTC technical meetings, messages from the dedicated IT system to the network) in accordance with confidentiality rules. Use difficulties handling faults in the network to identify specific training needs for Technical Delegates/Flying doctors (DTR) and network Issue alerts on ‘sensitive’ assistance tickets (DID A) and ensure progress in their handling. Organize and provide technical information from Technical Delegates. Qualifications Technical skills : Theoretical knowledge of automotive technology, knowledge of Diagnotic Tool usage, knowledge of wiring diagrams. And technical documentation. Ability to summarize, author and communicate verbally. Good English language knowledge (written and spoken). General technical and/or specialist automotive training with previous experience in vehicle repair Direct or indirect network experience is preferred Behavioral Skills : Sensitive to customer service and costs. Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team. Good verbal and written communication, open-minded, good interpersonal skills. Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities.
