Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletised or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures. Job Description As a Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for the preparation, follow-up and invoicing of technical orders and contracts. A strong knowledge of SAP is key. You are part of the Back Office team and work closely together with international teams. You work in our headquarters in Spiere-Helkijn. Your tasks & responsibilities: Receives technical complaints from customers and creates and follows up these topics in SAP and when completed, he/she prepares the invoices. He/she also takes care of the communication with the warehouse and the transport of technical equipment onsite. Be the middle man for warehouse requests of internal stakeholders. Organizes technical requests in a way that a proper follow-up can be guaranteed. Qualifications You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equal by experience You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus. Experience with SAP is a plus. You have strong organizational skills. Additional Information What do we offer you? A great and experienced team.
