 Technical Coordinator - Temporary (12-Month-contract)     Nestlé Smithtown, the home of MILO, has an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Coordinator to join our Production Team.   Your Opportunity: An exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and further enhance your career within Nestlé.  We’re currently seeking expressions of interest for the a 12 month Back-up role of TCO in Fill and Pack, reporting to the Line Manager. Leading a team of operators your contribution will be critical to ensure the production plan is achieved through the technical coordination of the available resources. To ensure, through technical coordination, that individual and colleague’s health and safety is maintained at all times, and to ensure that the environment, product quality and food safety is not compromised.   Key Responsibilities: Communication of operational changes / issues Coordinating daily activities to adhere to production plan Ensuring all relevant data (by you and other operator/s under your technical coordination) is entered correctly and in a timely manner into SAP, Feat and DMO Ensuring adherence to the Site and Company’s policies  Actively contribute to the implementation and expansion of TPM Attending production related meetings and chairing local area AWG meeting   We are looking for: Operators with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You’ll have a solid grounding in production activities, TPM exposure, GSTD exposure, AWG requirements. Problem solving skills, prioritising, SAP knowledge, PC literacy, will all be an advantage to your application. You will demonstrate the initiative to take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems proactively and identify process improvement opportunities.
