The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support in resolving technical and functional issues related to our software solutions. We offer continuous training on company software and technologies.
What you will do
Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system
Analyze and resolve technical and application-related issues concerning our software (Zucchetti software)
Record and document reported issues and the solutions implemented
Collaborate with the development team to report and resolve bugs
Prepare user guides and technical documentation
Train and assist customers in using our software
What you need to own
Proficiency in Italian
Diploma or degree, preferably in technical, IT, or economic disciplines
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL languages
Familiarity with business software and corporate processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
Previous experience in technical support roles (not mandatory)
