Responsibilities

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Work closely alongside the technical implementation specialists to expand website data coverage and depth
  • Use SQL and Big Query, to produce always-on comprehensive reports to consolidate key onsite customer journeys metrics and critical commercial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with wider AS Watson teams, to drive innovation in reporting and visualization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather priorities for ad-hoc queries.
  • Present key findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders
  • Grow business understanding of digital performance through GA4 website and app reporting
  • Support in the execution of the wider digital data strategy.

THIS ROLE WILL BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Big Query
  • Proven experience working with SQL or DAX, bonus; Python/R language.
  • Experience consolidating and transforming datasets within a single platform
  • Proven experience of developing and maintaining dashboards that are impactful and clearly demonstrate solutions to business questions by using data
  • Strong proficiency of all Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • An ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player and self-starter, with strong time management and an ability to effectively manage different project deadlines.
  • Passionate about digital analytics and a keen interest in working across eCommerce functions to further business performance.
