Job Title: Technical Customer Service Location: Remote Contract Type: Temporary - until 30/06/2026 Salary: EUR 14,71 per hour Start Date: Immediate As a Technical Customer Service representative at Adepto Technical Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely technical assistance. Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of technical issues related to our products. Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately within our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product performance. Provide clear explanations and guidance on product features and usage. Train and support customers on product usage and best practices. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in a technical customer service or support role is preferred. Strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Comfortable with using CRM software and other technical tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment.
