Responsibilities
  • You will support technical and quality requests, develop and propose technical solutions, organize and participate in nonwoven trials, verify and introduce new developments (Business Development approach)
  • Together with Sales & Key Account Management, you will provide technical support for external partners (direct customers, converters and brands) and for competitor analysis
  • You will support in handling internal and external audits, market inquiries, customer complaints.
  • You will head business partner-related developments concerning technical or product-related requests
  • You will support new fiber implementation at customers, planning and execution of internal and external fiber trials
  • You will monitor state-of-the-art and relationship management with special regard to equipment and fiber manufacturers
