We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Officer to join our team and assist the Customer Service team in handling the technical aspects of customer support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Contact Centre Customer Service, along with technical troubleshooting experience in solar energy systems and heat pumps.

Troubleshoot Solar and Heat Pump issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Collaborate with the manufacturer’s technical support when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and notes while ensuring friendly and efficient service.
