Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will support customers throughout the purchasing process and after their products have been delivered. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service via phone and email. Our team creates memorable experiences by engaging in unscripted, genuine conversations and by offering expert-level product support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service through clear, natural conversations—no scripts.
  • Assist customers with product questions, order status updates, and billing or technical issues.
  • Engage in pre-sale support, offering guidance on product selection and compatibility.
  • Log customer feedback, technical issues, and inquiries to help improve internal systems and customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line to support and educate customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through.
