About the Role: You will support customers throughout the purchasing process and after their products have been delivered. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service via phone and email. Our team creates memorable experiences by engaging in unscripted, genuine conversations and by offering expert-level product support. What You’ll Do: Provide friendly and helpful customer service through clear, natural conversations—no scripts. Assist customers with product questions, order status updates, and billing or technical issues. Engage in pre-sale support, offering guidance on product selection and compatibility. Log customer feedback, technical issues, and inquiries to help improve internal systems and customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line to support and educate customers effectively. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-through. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain things clearly and listen actively. Experience troubleshooting PC hardware or software issues is a strong plus. Customer-facing experience in a sales, support, or technical role preferred. Proficiency with common productivity tools (email platforms, CRM or ticketing systems). Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and follow through on customer needs. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certifications are a bonus.
