POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative based remotely in Indianapolis, IN. The Technical Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing, extending, and maintaining Masterkey code records for customers.
* Remote position- must be located in Indianapolis area*
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $50,000 - $60,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computer to develop and generate codes to meet customers’ needs
  • Complete and maintain all files including reporting documents relating to the accurate accountability of codes and all Masterkey transactions
  • Train employees and customers in Masterkey policies and code management
  • Provide Tier 1 support for business users of Masterkey code generating applicationsComplete and audit worksheets necessary for use by the Combinators
