This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support customers with a wide range of device, network, and service issues. Job Description As a Technical Support Specialist, you will: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network coverage, device software/hardware, mobile broadband, and device setup/use Provide clear, respectful, and solution-focused customer support File and track technical trouble tickets in collaboration with internal teams Meet or exceed department quality and productivity standards Stay up to date on systems, tools, and processes through ongoing training Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical questions Qualifications Technical/troubleshooting background Experience in a call center or customer service environment Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems effectively Strong communication skills, with a focus on clarity and customer education Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
