Job Description

- Technical support and consulting for customers in German-speaking countries and the Benelux countries

- Support for software implementations and integration of the solution into existing IT and engineering landscapes

- Analysis of technical issues and development of sustainable solutions

- Conducting training sessions, workshops, and product presentations

- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

- Independent planning and execution of customer meetings on-site and remotely

- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics, or further training as a technician or master craftsman in an electrical engineering field

- Several years of experience in electrical design, control cabinet construction, or a comparable technical environment

- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering and experience with circuit diagrams

- Ideally, experience with E-CAD systems as well as ERP or PLM solutions

- Basic understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, and databases

- Very good German and good English skills

- Willingness to travel approximately 25% within Germany and Europe
