Description

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Executive to assist customers with our smart home automation solutions, Access Control System & ELV. The role involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting devices (smart lighting, security, etc.) and providing remote support when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Log, prioritize, and track customer issues or service requests through the ERP or CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot basic service concerns (e.g., scheduling mishaps, technician delays) and escalate complex cases to supervisors or technical teams.
  • Provide timely updates and confirmations (e.g., service bookings, technician ETA, completion status).
  • Provide basic sales support by following up on leads and inquiries.
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with installation and maintenance teams to resolve system issues effectively.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution escalation when required.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical support within Home Automation, ELV, or access control systems.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software components related to ELV and security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills in English is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Technical certifications relevant to ELV, networking, or access control systems are preferred.
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent calls and provide on-site support when necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
