You’re the voice of Dyflexis. The one our customers turn to when they need help, guidance, or just a quick fix. Whether by phone or email, you show them how to get the most from our planning and time-tracking software. You troubleshoot issues, correct working hours, ensure bonuses and holidays are calculated right, and help clients close payroll periods smoothly.
You know how to translate complex software questions into clear, helpful answers. You learn the ins and outs of our product like the back of your hand and use that knowledge to wow customers with service that’s friendly, fast, and on point.
