We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our waste team based out of our head office at Clearwater Court Reading as a Technical Data Coordinator.
As the successful applicant, your role as the Technical Data Coordinator will be to provide specified activity coordination and analysis support to the SDM & EDM Performance Manager, in relation to the installation and maintenance activities of the Sewer Depth Monitor (SDM) programme.
Base Location: Hybrid - Clearwater Court - RG1 8DB. Working Pattern or Hours: Monday-Friday, 36 hours per week.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS THE TECHNICAL DATA COORDINATOR

• Coordination and analysis of installation and maintenance activities to achieve our regulatory annual targets.
• Maintenance of data quality in the database to ensure the accuracy of records and improve performance.
• Provide assistance, support and guidance on all SDM issues including contractor activities.
• Coordination of specialist activities and projects related to the SDM programme.
• Perform due diligence on essential contractor maintenance documentation such as H&S and ad-hoc audits of contractor paperwork.
• Support on KPI reporting and ability to respond to external queries such as environmental information requests.
• Ownership of shared mailbox queries and manage ad-hoc administration within the team.
• Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE ROLE

• Data-minded with meticulous attention to detail.
• Database handling experience, including data entry and basic reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Data manipulation skills with a desirable Power BI knowledge.
• Able to provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data to support meetings.
• Experience in an Operational environment is desirable.
• Competent at using the appropriate IT and Office Packages – e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
