We are currently seeking a highly technical, proactive and people-smart Technical Delivery Director with good knowledge of SAP implementations to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large transformation project for one of our largest clients in the Netherlands. You will work with both local and global delivery teams, possess deep data literacy, cloud tech and platforms, as well as program and change management experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of SAP technology landscape
• Experience with multiple SAP modules including development, integration, data migration, and ERP upgrades
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data-related services

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP implementations or transformation programs in a multi-vendor, global environment
• Apply a strategic and business-focused mindset to align SAP projects with broader organizational objectives
• Coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomes
• Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early on
• Participate in business development efforts for both existing clients and new projects, continuously identifying new opportunities
