Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across a major regulatory transformation programme.
• Drive programme planning, delivery execution and implementation activities.
• Manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams, teams and vendors.
• Establish and maintain robust governance, reporting and delivery controls.
• Identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks, issues and blockers.
• Coordinate technology, business and third-party stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment.
• Provide leadership, challenge and direction across programme teams.
• Support executive decision-making through clear communication and reporting.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved in line with regulatory commitments and programme objectives.
• Drive delivery excellence across design, mobilisation, testing and implementation phases.
