We are located on the internet at wtwco.com Role Overview The Technical Delivery Lead role focuses on driving end-to-end delivery of technical solutions by blending project management discipline with engineering leadership. Key responsibilities include planning and executing initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, and budgets, coordinating with engineering and QA teams, addressing technical debt, and optimizing delivery processes. The role also involves leading agile ceremonies, mentoring team members, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration, and ensuring strong stakeholder communication—all backed by a solid development background. The Role: Project & Delivery Management: Initiative Planning: Collaborate with product managers and architects to define scope, timelines, and success criteria for product initiatives. Execution Oversight: Drive delivery of features, enhancements, and fixes across sprints/releases, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities. Milestone & Dependency Tracking: Maintain delivery plans, track inter-team dependencies, and ensure timely execution. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify delivery risks, maintain RAID logs, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, regular updates to program managers, product owners, and leadership on delivery status and blockers. Budget & Resource Management: Support resource planning and manage delivery budgets (if applicable). Technical Leadership: Engineering Coordination: Work closely with tech leads and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural standards. Quality Assurance: Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure robust testing, automation, and release readiness. Technical Debt Management: Highlight and prioritize tech debt items that impact delivery velocity or product stability. / Technical debt maintenance Tooling & Process Optimization: Recommend and implement tools/processes to improve delivery efficiency (e.g., CI/CD, agile boards, dashboards). / Strong understanding of SDLC and technical tooling Team Enablement and leadership: Agile Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster continuous improvement. / Remove blockers (SM role) Mentorship & Support: Coach team members on delivery best practices, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Collaboration Culture: Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability within the delivery team. Motivational leader who encourages innovation Solid communication skills The Requirements: 8+ years of experience in leading cross functional teams and project management Experience: Confirmed experience on end-to-end project and delivery management, including initiative planning, execution oversight, milestone tracking, and proactive risk and issue management. It requires strong stakeholder communication, budget/resource planning, and technical leadership through close coordination with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams. The candidate is expected to manage technical debt, optimize tooling and processes, and lead agile ceremonies while fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. Strong mentorship, collaboration, and motivational leadership are key, along with excellent communication and a solid understanding of SDLC and technical tooling. Technical skills: Good understanding of Microsoft stack, front end, backend, data flow, integrations between systems. Relationship skills: Excellent ability to communicate with technical and non-technical interlocutors. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Strong relationship ease and a strong sense of interpersonal relationships to facilitate discussions and reach consensus. Methodological skills : Familiar with Agile methodology and work within cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical skills, rigor and autonomy.
