Role Overview The Application / Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of IT projects and change requests across multiple business units. This includes ownership of project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and quality throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities1. Stakeholder & Communication Management Manage project lifecycle including planning, vendor coordination, communication, budgeting, risks, and issues Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively Provide executive-level communication and reporting Track project progress and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues proactively Prepare and present status reports including milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes 2. Process & Delivery Execution Manage multiple complex projects across business lines Own full project lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure Align projects with strategic business objectives Develop and maintain detailed project plans Allocate and manage resources effectively Lead project meetings and ensure smooth coordination Manage project scope, changes, and interdependencies Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to standards Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective actions Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters Experience & Skills 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management Strong experience in banking domain, preferably with treasury products Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
