Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs.
Drive project planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, and governance activities.
Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers, Architects, and DevOps teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior business stakeholders.
Establish project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed commitments.
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes.
