This role sits at the centre of IT, ensuring that technology is effectively designed, delivered and embedded across the business to support both operational performance and future innovation. It combines technical leadership, shaping secure, scalable solutions while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and reliability.Working closely with both business stakeholders and the wider IT function. There is a strong emphasis on influencing technical direction, challenging vendors and driving the right decisions from both an architecture and delivery standpoint.

• Alongside project delivery, the role is responsible for maintaining a resilient and high-performing IT environment. This includes oversight of connectivity and cloud services, ensuring high availability, strong security and effective incident and change management processes. The role also plays a key part in managing third-party suppliers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual obligations and best practice.
