Description
IT project leader – o works directly with Business partner, Project manager(s), and the identified project team to ensure assigned projects are established with an effective project governance and the projects are delivered in time, budget and quality. o Minimum 8+ years of IT project management experience within the pharmaceutical or life science industry o Regulatory awareness (e.g., GxP, CSV, data protection). o Ability to establish an effective project governance structure o Ability to proactively manage and monitor project/program progress o Ability to manage budget and resources o Ability to coordinate tasks and communication within and outside of the project team o Ability to manage the business partner and business stakeholder’s expectations Supports Digital Data &Informatics by leading governance and delivery for IT projects, data initiatives, and operational activities in the PMO environment. o Strong knowledge of the relevant business processes in the relevant business areas of focus o Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology needs in the business area of focus o Extensive experience working with software vendors o Extensive experience managing complex IT solution development, deployment and maintenance projects o Strong capabilities to work collaboratively with stakeholders on a consistent basis o Fluent command of spoken and written English
Responsibilities
Lead the governance and delivery of IT projects, data initiatives, and operational activities within a PMO environment. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while managing business partner expectations.
