Managing around eight concurrent projects, you will drive operational resilience, monitoring and observability, service governance, production support transformation and technology improvements.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Production Management & Service Delivery initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately eight concurrent projects and workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps and implementation schedules.
  • Oversee project budgets, financial tracking and forecasting activities.
  • Drive delivery of operational resilience initiatives and regulatory commitments.
  • Lead monitoring and observability programmes, including SOC-related enhancements.
