Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW

At Alertive we’re driven to improve communication for critical healthcare workers and reduce the burden of administration for them. Our target user base of over 1.5 million staff in the UK treats over 1 million patients every 36 hours.

SUMMARY

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of the Alertive product and its associated integrations across NHS Trusts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation and skilled in managing both implementation and technical integration projects.
You will work closely with NHS stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, with a strong focus on technical delivery throughout the implementation process. This includes scoping, coordinating system integrations, managing technical dependencies, and ensuring the platform is configured to meet clinical and operational needs. You will also ensure users are properly onboarded and trained to maximise the successful adoption of the Alertive platform. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
This is a UK-based remote role that requires occasional travel to customer sites across the country to support project delivery, along with monthly in-person company events to foster collaboration and team engagement.

TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

We’re looking for a technically minded individual who can seamlessly navigate the complex nature of implementing and integrating with various healthcare systems.

  • A good understanding of XML and JSON-based APIs is foundational.
  • A basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Proven experience with data mapping and transformation, with the ability to clearly articulate complex transformation requirements.
  • Solid understanding of secure data transfer and networking principles, including HTTPS, SFTP, and VPNs.
  • A good working knowledge of key healthcare interoperability standards, particularly HL7v2 and the modern FHIR standard.
  • Familiarity with NHS-specific systems is highly desirable, including experience integrating with major EPRs.
  • Knowledge and experience with AWS services is a bonus.
