Description:
- JOB DESCRIPTIONHead the Technical Engineering Department.
- Take charge of both functions; Process Development and Technical/ Maintenance Activities
- Responsible for the Company’s QESHC management system.
- Plan & Lead Annual Plant Shutdown Maintenance
- Plan & Lead Plant & Process Modification & Improvement Projects
- Plan & Lead Plant Yearly Budgeting & Resource for Maintenance & Improvement
- Lead Product & Process Transplant from HQ
- Establish & Manage Department KPI & Management Programmes
- Communication Agent between USP & HQ/ Vendors
- Evaluate & Provide Support for PCA & ESH MAtters
- Responsible for Maintenance Management System & Development
- Responsible for Plant’s facilities, Equipment & Measuring Tools Maintenance System
- Responsible for Staff Management, Development and Training
- Responsible for Department TCD, WIS & Other Activities
- Responsible for Department Personnel Safety and Health
- Provide Engineering Support to Operation Teams
