JOB DESCRIPTIONHead the Technical Engineering Department.
Take charge of both functions; Process Development and Technical/ Maintenance Activities
Responsible for the Company’s QESHC management system.
Plan & Lead Annual Plant Shutdown Maintenance
Plan & Lead Plant & Process Modification & Improvement Projects
Plan & Lead Plant Yearly Budgeting & Resource for Maintenance & Improvement
Lead Product & Process Transplant from HQ
Establish & Manage Department KPI & Management Programmes
Communication Agent between USP & HQ/ Vendors
Evaluate & Provide Support for PCA & ESH MAtters
Responsible for Maintenance Management System & Development
Responsible for Plant’s facilities, Equipment & Measuring Tools Maintenance System
Responsible for Staff Management, Development and Training
Responsible for Department TCD, WIS & Other Activities
Responsible for Department Personnel Safety and Health
Provide Engineering Support to Operation Teams
