Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer quotes, answering customer calls, and processing orders while ensuring continued high customer satisfaction. This position requires showing strong attention to detail to ensure that the technical design of our products is both user friendly and an effective marketing tool. It also requires collaboration with marketing, art, engineering, project management, IT, finance, and other departments to ensure that client projects are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities: * Handles explaining costs, answering customer calls to take orders and entering orders into software system for timely and accurate processing of order. * Determines the lead time for order production and delivery and works with logistics on the correct truck route for timely and accurate processing of order. * Provides excellent customer service including sales, technical support, researching and assisting with resolving account issues. * Assists other departments with customer inquiries and concerns to ensure sales orders are processed to meet customer needs. * Responds to customer calls and emails and uses effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction. * Shares interactions with customers that might require outside sales attention such as complaints or additional sales opportunities. * Effectively works to meet center goals. Required Skills & Abilities: * Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. * Able to multi-task * Experience with Microsoft Office * Strong degree of integrity. * Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. * Proficient with measurements, mathematics, fractions and strong mechanical aptitude. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Work schedule based on daily order volume. * Strong team player.
