We’re seeking a Technical Designer to lead apparel development from concept to production. This role is hands-on, working closely with design, development, and vendors to ensure garments meet the highest standards for fit, function, and quality.

• Drive the development of a product category from design concept through production
• Create and manage technical spec packs and pattern blocks (2D/3D)
• Conduct fit sessions, identify issues, and communicate adjustments to vendors
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve design, costing, quality, and delivery challenges
• Present product updates and fit reviews to stakeholders
• Manage sample tracking and ensure accuracy across prototypes
